Remarks: Poland wears a moustache, wire rimmed glasses, and contact lenses. He had plastic surgery (face lift), in October of 2005. Poland claims to be a shrewd investor in the stock market, participating as a day trader. He has been professionally licensed as a Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Nurse Anesthetist or Registered Nurse Anesthetist in Michigan, Virginia, Vermont, Tennessee, Arizona, Illinois, Kentucky and Arkansas. Poland reportedly likes to portray and identify himself as a doctor. Poland may be traveling in a 2004 Winnebago Adventure mobile home (TX) X16MPY and towing a 2004 Suzuki Aerio (TX) Z10KVT. Since his disappearance in 2004, he has been sighted at various RV campgrounds in southeast Texas and southern Louisiana. He may have also traveled to Lake Charles, Louisiana and Colorado Springs, Colorado. Poland is estranged from his immediate family. He doesn't like to cook and eats out regularly, frequenting casual dining establishments. He patronizes Wal-Mart stores. Poland has been described by associates as a loner, slightly weird, more peculiar and eccentric than strange. He is reportedly intelligent, secretive, and manipulative. CAUTION Wayne Frederick Poland is wanted for his alleged involvement in the rape of two minor children in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, from 2001 through 2003. Poland was arrested in October of 2003, and charged with 20 counts of rape of a minor female and 20 counts of rape of a minor male. He was released on bond. After further investigation, child pornography allegedly was found on Poland's personal computer, including still images and videos. In December of 2003, Poland was re-arrested and charged with twenty counts of possession of child pornography. Poland made bond on all charges and remained in the Arkadelphia area. Poland's trial was scheduled to begin on November 15, 2004, however, he failed to appear. A state arrest warrant was issued by the Clark County Circuit Court, Ninth East Judicial District of Arkansas. Poland was charged federally with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution by the United States District Court, Western District of Arkansas, and a federal warrant was issued for his arrest on November 30, 2004.
