CAUTION
Arnoldo DeJesus Garcia is wanted for committing sex acts upon a female minor in California. On March 7, 2001, Garcia allegedly raped a 14-year-old girl at his home. Approximately four months earlier, the same girl was allegedly fondled by Garcia, but the victim was able to escape from him before he took any further action. During the time this event allegedly occurred, the victim was 13 years old.
A state arrest warrant was issued on March 26, 2001, by the Superior Court of California, County of San Diego, Central Division, charging Arnoldo DeJesus Garcia with two counts of forcible lewd act upon a child; lewd act upon a child under 14 years of age; forcible rape; and assault with intent to commit a felony. Garcia was subsequently charged with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution in a federal arrest warrant issued by the Southern District of California, on July 26, 2001.
