William George Barney, a convicted sex offender, is wanted for allegedly committing sex acts upon a 12-year-old boy in Las Vegas, Nevada, from 1994 through 2000.
Barney was charged with lewdness with a minor (10 counts) in a state arrest warrant issued on April 10, 2000, by the Justice Court, Las Vegas Township in Clark County, Nevada. On November 29, 2000, a federal arrest warrant was issued by the United States District Court, District of Nevada, charging Barney with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.
